At Guilford Country Store, our food philosophy is centered around creating a welcoming space where exceptional, handcrafted food and drinks bring people together. We believe in offering a vibrant selection of breakfast, lunch, and artisanal pastries made with passion and care, alongside ethically sourced beverages that enhance every experience. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with friends, picking up a special treat, or joining in on a community event, we aim to provide an inviting atmosphere where every bite and sip tells a story of quality, craftsmanship, and connection.
Breakfast Menu
Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 11 AM Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 12 PM on Saturday and 8 AM to 12 PM on Sunday. We believe that breakfast should be more than a hurried bowl of slightly stale cereal or toast eaten on the fly. We make our pastries from scratch fresh every morning, our omelets are made to order, pancakes are fluffy from buttermilk and yogurt (and served with LOCAL VT maple syrup) and our breakfast sandwiches are infinitely customizable. So pull up a chair and relax with a friend or call your order in and we will have it ready for you to take on your way. No matter what your day brings - breakfast from the GCS starts it off great!
